Love people, communicate with them, and take an interest in their problems. Those are the values that I was brought up with. My activities began in the ranks of Scouting, which taught me honesty and love of others, and to help preserve the environment and do good at all times and places, in parallel with this I was involved in charity work for an association, which fed the hungry and help the poor and give to the disadvantaged.

I think a good leader is one who is fair, self motivated, appreciative, committed, enthusiastic, understanding and one who can articulate issues. In addition, one who has strong ability to influence the rest of the group in doing something either in a negative or positive way but the best way is to encourage the team to do positive things. Also a good leader should listen to the voices of those that they lead and incorporate their interests and opinions in the decision-making process. ( leggi altro)
